Rules and statutory regulations must be regarded, but a fresh, uninhibited view of how to meet the challenges and find solutions, is an essential role for an external consultancy.
Performance:
Evaluating our performance is a continuous process - measuring success at regular intervals, so that the results can be fed back into the programme. We shape our evaluation model to fit a client's needs and budget, choosing from a spectrum of criteria including media coverage by tone and content, size and reach; impact of literature; and reach through direct tactics.
